According to an official statement, the Swiss company Sirin Labs intends to release a phone that will operate on the basis of Blockchain. It is reported that the product launch is scheduled for November of this year.

We remind you that at the end of last year, the company received $ 157.8 million, launching its own ICO. It is worth noting that 110 million dollars were received during the first 24 after the launch of the original offer of coins.

In 2016, the company launched a smartphone, which was aimed at increasing confidentiality. The cost of the smartphone was 16 000 dollars. According to company representatives, the cost of a new phone, called Finney, will be about $ 1000.

Finney will run on the SIRIN OS, based on Android. The phone will also contain a built-in cryptocurrency purse with cold storage, a token conversion service (TCS) and a decentralized applications store (DApp). The Taiwanese company Foxconn Technology, which cooperates with Apple, Google, Cisco, Huawei, and Amazon, is developing and creating the device.

Chief marketing specialist Sirin Labs Nimrod May argues that Finney will use a multi-level package of cybersecurity, which will maximize the protection of users.

Also, May spoke about the company’s plans to open its own chain of stores around the world and launch the sale of its own PC, which will use Blockchain.
